Going to Salt Lake
I received news yesterday that in September I'm going to Salt Lake for 3 days. Yep 3 days to explore the Family Search Library. I'm super excited and yet a bit panicked; I thought when I planned my trip I'd have more planning time. Oh well, I'll get all my research ducks in a row and hit the ground running when I get there.
If anyone reads this that has been to the library in Salt Lake and has any advice to give I'd greatly appreciate it.

Congratulations on your trip to Salt Lake City. Bring a flash drive because you can download images straight from microfilm and you don't have to pay for copies. Also, do your homework beforehand in the Family History Library catalog. Make a list of the films and books you want to view there, that way you can hit the ground running once you arrive. There are volunteers everywhere and they're all so nice. If you have any questions, just ask. Have fun!
